How I Direct Your Session

Every couple is different, so my approach to posing is too. I love prompts that get you moving, walking toward me, spinning, laughing at something silly, because movement breaks the awkwardness fast and gives you permission to stop posing and just be with each other. That said, I also mix in simple, classic poses throughout the day, moments where you're just facing each other or the camera, comfortable and present, because not every beautiful photo needs motion behind it. Whether you're naturally goofy or a little more reserved, whether you love being in front of the camera or feel completely out of your element, I read the moment and adjust, blending movement and stillness so the photos feel like an honest reflection of who you are as a couple, not a forced performance.
